Chef, oddfellows Cafe + bar 

Oddfellows Cafe and Bar on Capitol Hill is currently accepting resumes for Chef. We are a high volume neighborhood restaurant that features a seasonal menu that focuses on sustainable, local products in simple, classic preparations. Qualified applicants must have high volume scratch cooking experience, the ability to work well with a diverse group of people, as well as experience with ordering, receiving, food and labor cost controls, and menu writing. Their resume should show at least 5 years experience managing a kitchen in a dynamic culinary environment, a strong background in financial management, staff coaching and menu development, with the personality of  an inspiring leader who shows a genuine care for employees while holding them accountable to goals. TDG offers competitive wages and great benefits.

Line Cooks, all locations  

TDG is offering open positions at Smith, Oddfellows Café, King's Hardware, and Linda's Tavern. Available shifts range from full-time to part-time; breakfast, weekend brunch, lunch, and dinner. Qualified candidates should have a minimum of one year of cooking experience, be able to follow direction and complete projects without immediate supervision, as well as possess an interest in local, sustainable, high quality food.
