The Marketing Administrative Assistant is a dynamic, part time role whose tasks can vary significantly between administrative office support, marketing assistance, and assisting the CEO. Priority is placed on supporting the CEO’s consistent needs and facilitating communication between the CEO and Creative Team. Tasks include professional correspondence, scheduling, running errands, and organizing and filing projects.

Qualified candidates will process the following professional skills:

  •  Conduct polished business and personal correspondence on behalf of the CEO and Creative Team

  • Assist CEO with creating written materials for digital use and publication

  • Maintain and update personal and shared calendars for CEO and Creative Team

  • Manage CEO’s schedule and communications as needed

  • Assist with special event communications, logistics, and set up /break down

Accounts Payable Clerk, The Derschang Group

The Derschang Group is looking for an Accounts Payable Clerk for our headquarters office. Essential functions of the position include entering AP invoices and reviewing coding for our five locations, downloading credit card purchasing reports to compile and request receipts, tracking and corresponding with outside vendors for invoicing issues and statements, coordinating delivery of weekly packets with location staff, and facilitating vendor account set-up for locations. The AP Clerk will also be in charge of coordinating the storage or our annually archived location files and facilitate the shredding of expired file boxes. The Finance Manager will liaise with the AP Clerk for assistance on projects as necessary.

  • Understand basic principles of accounting
